SEOPressor Plugin Review: An Honest Review of SEOPressor - Is It Worth The Money?

SEOPressor Plugin Review: An Honest Review of SEOPressor - Is It Worth The Money?

By Ted Sheibar

It's no secret that SEO is the true key to getting web traffic that flows to your site as easily as water flows down Niagra Falls. But even though most people understand that, a surprising number of them pay as much attention to SEO as they do their 401ks - that is to say, slim to none. This SEOPressor plugin review will help you determine if it's worth its newbie-frightening price tag.

For on-page SEO, there are really only a limited number of things a blogger can do to optimize his/her page to make it search engine friendly. And while those things are important, it can be a real pain to have to manually SEO every post, especially when you just want to write a post without distractions. Enter SEOPressor.

SEOPressor Plugin Review: Usage

Using the SEOPressor plugin is extremely easy, installing in the same fashion as any other WordPress plugin. The best part is that SEOPressor automatically runs whenever you create a blog post within WordPress, and displays right next to the posting itself so you can easily see its output.

As you make changes to your blog post according to SEOPressor's suggestions, you do need to re-save your changes in order to see an updated report from SEOPressor; it does not update in real-time. Mildly annoying, but is more than fair, considering the product's benefit.

SEOPressor Plugin Review: Features

Probably the best feature SEOPressor has is a graphic percentage indicator of how well SEO'd your posting currently is. It keeps a running tally of the key SEO points your post covers (such as having your keyword in the title), and displays a checklist of what you've implemented, and what you're missing. By far, that is the coolest feature of the plugin.

The percentages and checklist items are also color-coded in green or red (good or bad), so you can easily see at a glance how well your blog post is SEO'd.

Their sales page claims that they have a "secret algorithm" that very closely matches Google's... which is a bit difficult to believe, given that the search engineers at Google themselves don't even know the entire algorithm. However, you can't argue with SEOPressor's impressive results, so whatever algorithm it has, it's doing the right thing!

SEOPressor Plugin Review: Pricing

SEOPressor can be purchased in one of two ways:

1) Single-site usage for $47 one-time fee, or

2) Multi-site usage for $97 one-time fee

The best part is that there is a 60-day money back guarantee - which I think is outstanding, because doing proper SEO takes time to really see the effects of, so they really give you an opportunity to test drive the plugin.

SEOPressor Plugin Review: Support

Personally, I haven't had any problems with the software itself, however I had a few questions that I sent them an email about. They responded in less than 24 hours which was very acceptable to me, especially considering that they have sold over 2.5 million copies. Sometimes when someone's product sells really well, the customer service can suffer, however I haven't found that to be the case with SEOPressor.

SEOPressor Plugin Review: Drawbacks

After doing many posts with SEOPressor, its biggest drawback is that you don't need it after a while. Using it for every blog post, you become trained to the point where you can write an excellently SEO'd blog posting automatically without needing a tool to help you. While it's terrific that SEOPressor's essentially teaches you how to "write in SEO," it can feel as if you spent too much money if you make that transition to SEO writing quickly.

SEOPressor Plugin Review: Final Verdict

Despite that "drawback," I give SEOPressor an enthusiastic thumbs up. For beginners, you'll have an immediate leg-up on your competition by optimizing each blog post, raising your blog's ranking with each post. For the pros, this is especially important if you outsource your blogging - you can have piece of mind knowing that (by setting strict thresholds with you team) your posts will be well-SEO'd every time.

All in all, SEOPressor is a worthwhile investment for any skill level, and I highly recommend purchasing the multi-use version if you're serious about internet marketing. As you build your business, the need to build multiple sites arises, and you will want to have this tool on your side.

Of course, SEO is just one piece of the internet marketing puzzle.
